Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area. You will also assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices. May assist Kitchen Attendant as needed.

Job duties:

Cleans kitchen area including:

• Ware washing and storage
• Pot washing
• Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment
• Performs storeroom maintenance including:
• Receive, store, issue food items from storeroom
• Rotate stock in storeroom
• Maintain cleanliness of storeroom
• Delivers Food and Beverage carts to appropriate areas as needed.
• Performs general “heavy labor” as required by Executive Chef.
• Completes set-up work for special events.
• Complies with all sanitation policies and procedures such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner and on a schedule determined by kitchen and dining operations.
