Dishwasher / Restocking - Hospital Cafeteria - Southwood Children's Behavioral Healthcare

Southwood's brand new children's hospital is seeking an individual to serve as a dishwasher and provide assistance with restocking product in the cafeteria kitchen.  

Human Resources will assist candidate with obtaining background clearances to work in building with children.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas.
• Properly store food in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure compliance with state or federal regulations.
• Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality.
• Understand and apply the sanitation procedures needed to provide a safe and healthy environment.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification, where required by the state and facility.
