WE HAVE JUST EXPANDED! BE PART OF THE GROWTH....Kelli, my Queen & I welcome you to Carnivore & The Queen Supper Club. For years we have been dreaming of bringing back this bygone area of nostalgic dining, a contemporary revival of a classic prohibition-era supper club with a casual vibe & approachable classic food. The history of Supper Clubs are independently owned, destination dining & decor reflecting that of the owners style and offerings, thoughtful dishes intended for sharing. Plan to be there for the evening! Carnivore & The Queen's daily menu will reflect our recipes together and this seasons local ingredients from our farmers, fishmongers & ranchers. We aspire to work as hard as our mothers did, and accomplish what both our moms had in common, to gather the family around the dinner table every night, no matter what time it was. Dish & Prep Job Duties

- Operate the industrial dishwasher

- Wash pots & pans and other implements by hand when necessary

- Empty and clean all trash receptacles

- Close-up Duties include eveing final clean with heavy duty sweep & mop

- Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources

- Clean dish storage

- Follow sanitation policies at all times

- Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times

- Maintain inventories of cleaning products
