Summary: Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tableware, cookware and glassware. Ensures sanitation of kitchen daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Reports to work on time and in uniform for each scheduled shift. Presents a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times.
Eliminates safety hazards and report all injuries and accidents to the Supervisor or Manager immediately.
Follows daily checklist and ensure work is completed prior to leaving.
Cleans all glassware, dishes and table utensils using proper procedures to ensure best results.
Cleans cookware and presentation pieces for use by kitchen associates.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of dish area, mop room and chemical storage.
Safely and properly stores all glassware, dishes and table utensils as designated.
Properly stores all clean cooking utensils and vessels on racks and in drawers as designated.
Ensures the floors are kept swept and dry at all times; uses Wet Floor warning signs.
Removes trash, recyclables and waste oil and discards in proper receptacles.
Controls breakage of dishes, glass and table utensils.
Follows “Clean as you go” policy at all times.
Adheres to safety and loss prevention procedures.
Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen, dish room, ware washing, kitchen and banquet service aisles and deck areas.
Breaks down trays, set up dish machine and ware washing sinks.
Empties trash cans and washes inside and out.
Thoroughly cleans dock area.
Cleans all wall and baseboards listed in the above kitchen areas.
Cleans freight elevator.
Sets up and breaks down the Associate Breakroom.
Assists in prep duties as needed.
Maintains a positive attitude towards the Lodge and job being performed.
Maintains a safe attitude, conducts all job duties in a safe manner, and reports all work related accidents immediately.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Lodge associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
Carries out all reasonable requests by management which the Associate is capable of performing.
