Dishwasher - DELUCA'S

Dishwasher is the most important position in the entire restaurant. It doesn’t matter how good the food is, or how delicious a cocktail may be, if it’s served on a plate or in a glass thatisn’t clean. Your job will encompass many tasks in addition to maintaining the cleanliness of

the dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and kitchen. As part of the kitchen crew, you will be

expected to be on time, in a clean uniform, with non-slip shoes.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, kitchen floors, walk in floors, and kitchen surfaces
• Maintain proper equipment maintenance
• Maintain organization of the storage areas
• Removal of trash from trash cans, and boxes to the dumpster as needed
• Maintaining chemicals in speed sinks and dish machine
• Restocking plates, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to their proper storing place
• Refilling paper towels and hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom as needed
• Help unload and unpack deliveries as needed
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures, and be to work on time, ready to work
• Other duties as assigned

Dishwasher Prerequisites

• Must have open availability for AM or PM shift unless otherwise noted
• Must be prepared to stay on task and work efficiently
• Must have reliable transportation, and holiday and weekend availability
• Must take pride in your work

When Anthony Valinoti visited Hot Springs from Brooklyn, he knew he needed to live there and make Arkansas brick oven pizza using hand-made dough and fresh local ingredients.
