Project Manager (AWS Cloud Mobile Development)

Location Houston, Texas (work in the client's office 1 or 2 days per week)

Responsibilities:

The role is for a Project Manager who can lead and manage a team with exposure to AWS Cloud Mobile Development, using Agile methodology.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience leading and managing large, complex projects in a matrixed organization
• Proven Microsoft Suite expertise (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong working knowledge and experience in MSProject
• Must be comfortable with communicating to all levels of leadership
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
• Strong customer-service oriented
• Serves as a leader/ mentor
• Ability to problem solve, make decision quickly, take initiative, has a sense of urgency and assertiveness
• Experience leading virtual and distributed Project teams, as team will be located onshore, offshore and nearshore
• Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently
• Proven ability to hold people accountable
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment with often conflicting priorities
• Identify risks and issues and address them on a timely basis
