Dishwasher for Senior Living Facility - Homestead Home Health

Responsibilities/Qualifications

All Seasons is looking for Dishwashers to join our team at The Reserve at Red Run Senior Community in Madison Heights!

As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans. Follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining room, dishwashing area, and storage areas.
• Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, shelves, and other designated areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate staff for timely repairs.
• Cover breaks for staff in the kitchen.
• May be asked to assist with serving meals to seniors when needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of basic kitchen operations and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Every other weekend is mandatory.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
