Job Details:Job Purpose
The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and organization of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, drinkware, and any other item(s) required to be cleaned within the venue. This is completed through a knowledge and application of safety and sanitation principles, and an awareness of venue need.
In addition, the Dishwasher is expected to identify opportunities to assist other staff by actively seeking out dirty, used or soiled items ready for cleaning. This may be at other stations within the kitchen, or elsewhere in the venue.

- Follow directions and demonstrate teamwork
- Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards working with food
Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with culinary standards and kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Ability to travel, unassisted as needed
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at-a-time without assistance
