WE ARE EXCITED TO OPEN JAY LUIGI IN SOHO ON DEC 19TH. APPLYING TO BE AN OPENING TEAM MEMBER REQUIRES SPECIFIC TRAINING COMMITMENTS.
WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPECTING TRAINING TO TAKE PLACE THE WEEKS OF DECEMBER 2ND, 9TH & 16TH. OPENING WEEK WILL BEGIN ON TUESDAY DEC 17TH.
TRAINING COMMITMENTS WILL BE CONFIRMED AND EXPLAINED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.

Cleanliness is so important. Our DISHWASHERS are responsible for sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils. Your job will revolve around proper and efficient sanitation and ensuring cleanliness. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to sweeping & mopping floors, taking out trash and boxes, carrying clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas.
THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
- Properly set up, break down and clean your station
- Wash dishes thoroughly for kitchen staff with a sense of urgency
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
- Perform additional responsibilities (as requested) at any time

PRE-REQs
- 16 years of age or older
- Team player with a good attitude and works with a sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Can work in both hot and cool environments
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- Self-accountable in upholding high standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
- Willingness to learn and develop
