About the Job
American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Directors, Project Management to lead Global Card & Risk Operations strategy, project management, and operations enablement. Partner with key stakeholders, including international stakeholders, at different organizational levels to ensure strategy and procedural alignment. Coordinate multifunctional and multi-market teams, including international teams, to define
solutions that meet local consumer protection and data privacy regulations, as well as ensure operational efficiency. Manage project scope, sequencing, and prioritization to keep national and international projects on track, driving tactical delivery of global strategic objectives.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with strategy development, process engineering, and project management. Experience must include: 3 years of experience with each of the following: Global Card and Risk Operations; Presenting, developing and executing analytical solutions to complex business problems; Leading international business teams in Latin America, Asia, and Europe; Developing customer service and remediation strategies for clients in Latin America, Canada, and Europe (UK and EU) in accordance with local consumer protection and data privacy regulations; Translating business plans into actions and results; Analyzing customer data and transactions to identify money laundering and bribery; MS Excel for project governance and ad hoc data analytics; and Nexidia, Rally, Tableau, and Visio. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week.
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ
Rate of Pay: $145,288.00 - $205,000.00 annually
