A part of the broader ecommerce team, the Site Merchandising team is responsible for product discovery and creating an easy, intuitive shopping experience.
About the Role The Director, Website Merchandising leads the merchandising strategy and execution for the direct to customer channel to drive sales, profit and engagement goals. You are responsible for product discovery and creating an easy, inspiring shopping experience.
You will own the site merchandising strategy, launch new site features, and collaborate with marketing to ensure big ideas and content strategy are cutting through. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
