Director/VP of Architecture - Selectek, Inc.

We are searching for a Director/VP of Architecture for a growing client that design High End Residential Homes.

• Provide leadership and supervision to Studio Leads and team members – recruiting, training, performance improvement, etc.
• Manages production processes to maximize efficiency
• Sets quality standards for design and drafting
• Manages daily business and operations – budget, receivables, financials, etc.
• Discuss potential projects with customers and prospects via phone and/or email and generate proposals.
• Interact with the sales team and assist with customers as required
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and consultants
• Participate in company leadership training

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Architecture preferred, plus experience in studio management; or ten years relevant experience
• License Architect NCARB in GA  and the ability to be licensed in other states.
• Good working knowledge of residential architecture design, building and construction industry
• Proficient with current versions of Revit.  SketchUp, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture and Vectorworks experience a plus
