Key Responsibilities: Director of Treasury

• The Director of Treasury will oversee and manage the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, debt, and liquidity planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
• Lead capital market activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
• Drive the company’s investment strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• To support business objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of treasury professionals.

Qualifications: Director of Treasury

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in treasury, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of treasury, cash management, and financial risk management practices.
• Experience with treasury management systems implementation and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SEC reporting & SOX compliance is a plus

Salary: $175,000 – 235,000 + bonus
