Key Responsibilities: Director of Treasury
- The Director of Treasury will oversee and manage the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, debt, and liquidity planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk.
- Lead capital market activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
- Drive the company’s investment strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- To support business objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of treasury professionals.
Qualifications: Director of Treasury
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in treasury, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury, cash management, and financial risk management practices.
- Experience with treasury management systems implementation and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SEC reporting & SOX compliance is a plus

Salary: $175,000 – 235,000 + bonus
