Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teams
- Achieve operational and financial objectives for Transformation initiatives
- Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact
- Utilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation
- Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Guide and support to teams as they navigate through change
- Follow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics
- Assists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.
- Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI.
- Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives
- Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows
- Ensure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Five or more years of experience working within healthcare consulting and operations background required.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $125,790.- $188,690. with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
