What you'll do...

In this role, you will help to develop practical and effective strategies for our global business partners , manage tax project s , and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our tax positions .
In this role on the Global Tax T eam , you will:
+ Collaborate on tax optimization with team members, contribute to achieving team goals, and assist in making well-informed decisions in complex situations.
+ Develop work plans for approved projects and manage their design and implementation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including other tax specialists , legal, treasury, controllership, and in-country tax teams.
+ Manage the execution of tax p rojects , while demonstrating a deep understanding of complex tax concepts, ability to simplify discussion of tax issues with business teams and staying informed of current tax developments.
+ Ensure tax positions are properly included on tax returns and provisions, including effective documentation so positions are sustained upon audit .
+ Ensure our tax positions are thoroughly vetted, documented, risk minimized and there is u t most integrity in our reporting .
+ Monitor global tax developments to ensure we remain up to date on tax positions and structure.
+ Manage implementation of new laws or regulations, including assistance with tax policy and comments on proposals .
+ Assist and/or lead global M&A projects.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
+ You have 8+ years of high-quality income tax experience (planning, compliance) within or supporting a complex US Multinational .
+ You have deep technical income tax experience with a focus on Subchapter C income taxation.
+ You have prior experience influencing or commenting on proposed laws and regulations.
+ You have well developed tax technical skills, including knowledge and application of US international tax rules (including TCJA, etc.) .
+ You have a compelling track record of build ing efficient and effective tax positions and structures to support the business.
+ You are intellectually curious, have a proven ability to issue spot , and can effectively collaborate with subject matter experts (internally and externally) .
+ You have a team-based orientation, are a proven relationship builder and possess true business acumen and judgment.
+ You have well-honed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with senior leadership, junior staff, peers, and non-Tax business partners .
+ You have e xcellent leadership and project management skills within a collaborative environment and proven ability to multitask on multiple issues with in tight timelines .
+ You're learning new global tax changes ( like Pillar 2 ) and can work with new rules and ambiguity to develop analysis and guidance on novel issues .
+ You're an experienced people manager with a successful track record in training and development.
+ You have an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance .
+ You have an MBA or Master's in Accountancy or Tax or a JD with a Tax LL.M.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, income tax compliance, payroll tax, or related
area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, income tax compliance, payroll tax, or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
