We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a Remote Licensed Director, Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro-Phoenix area! This position is fully remote, requiring residency in the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. We provide virtual interviewing, onboarding, and comprehensive virtual training and support, enabling you to effectively support our clients from the comfort of your home.
Your Role:
As a Director, Retirement Planner, you play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their retirement planning needs. Your expertise helps them navigate complex financial decisions, empowering them to achieve their long-term financial goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in investment sales/financial planning
- Series 7, 63 (required) 65/66 within 90 days of hire
- Pursuit of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation within 90 days of hire if not currently possessed
- Demonstrated track record in sales generation and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized 1:1 meetings with retirement plan participants, offering guidance on basic plan overviews as well as more complex income planning and portfolio reviews.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, grow business in your region, and drive client profitability.
- Provide personalized solutions tailored to each client's unique financial situation.
Your Skills:
- Proficiency in brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and/or retirement planning.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for interactions with plan sponsors and participants.
- Strong presentation skills in virtual, one-on-one, and group settings.
- Eagerness to pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

- Exceed assigned targets and drive both Personal & Workplace Investments Sales by offering direction and guidance on planning and investing needs.
- Identify opportunities and promote Fidelity PWIS solutions while achieving sales targets.
- Focus on ensuring the personal satisfaction of Premium Services eligible participants across multiple workplace companies.
