Lead team of associate scientists in the development of purification methods for the production of recombinant therapeutic proteins for clinical development. Types of products may include: monoclonal antibodies mAbs, Lenti, mRNA, DNA, AAVs, etc. *** Lead the development, optimization, and scale up of protein purification processes. *** Supervise of the execution of experiments to discover and develop customized purification proceeses. Requirements: *** PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biological Sciences or closely related life science with at least 6 years of relevant purification experience. *** Working knowledge of GMP regulations in cGMP manufacturing environments. *** Experience with clinical and commercial stage purification development and optimization.
