Responsibilities:- Oversee all program execution efforts for the product line/site(s), including program management reviews, program staffing, Monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Prioritize and drive program issues to closure with key stakeholders & partners.
- Build an effective program management organization concentrating on customer satisfaction/contract commitments, actively contributing to overall business process improvements and achieving cost objectives for each project/program.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, staffing, project execution and risk and opportunity management.
- Supports all Site Director/product line goals (financial, OTD, other KPIs) and performs interface between functions and customers to achieve goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team.
- Responsible for all Estimate at Completion (EACs) for the portfolio of programs.
- Lead/Prepare Proposals that will enable the product line to achieve goals and customer commitments.
- 10+ years of experience in a Program Management capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- 8+ years of people leadership and developing high performing teams.
- Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science Degree Preferred.
- Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $192,000 - $245,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well business results.
