Director, Product Marketing - Grafana Labs

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and skilled product marketer who will be a key member of the Grafana Labs Marketing team. In the role, you will be responsible for managing a team of talented product marketers and for creating compelling thought leadership themes, messages, and GTM programs that position the value of Grafana Labs products. You will show how our products and solutions can help our prospects and customers with their observability challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop team of product marketers to execute on key strategic programs
• Build compelling internal and external, customer-facing presentations
• Drive the creation and delivery of thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, and case studies
• Partner with Product Management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages and launch key features and products
• Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes (ranging from one person to hundreds of people)
• Develop effective sales enablement materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning
• Partner across marketing teams to implement innovative marketing campaigns, SEO, and web design to build pipeline
Requirements
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience (product marketing, product management, solutions marketing, or similar)
• 3-5 years managing a team
• Experience in monitoring/observability products and how it is relevant in a rapidly evolving market landscape (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with marketing and selling products/services to technical audiences
• The ability to take on complex projects and own them from start to finish, with organization and efficiency
• The ability to clearly articulate the value of a product/service to customers, but also to sales teams in a way that enables them to communicate it to buyers
• Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously and contributing to larger launches with a team
• Comfort working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
• Strong product instincts and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
• Have exceptional writing and communication skills
• Outstanding teammate with confirmed ability to lead through influence
• A high say-do ratio in executing and delivering impact
