The Identity Security Product Management Director is responsible for leading the team focused on building SentinelOne's Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) solution that our customers and partners use every day.
What Will You Do?
- Experience building significant enterprise SaaS products that your customers love
- Successful track record leading a high performing product team or venture
- Expertise in the product craft, user experience design, API design and development
- Deep understanding of the enterprise security market, competitive landscape and security challenges
- Experience in managing a globally-distributed product team
- Customer focus: Ability to create a shared vision with customers and deliver on it
- Ownership: You are accountable, persistent, and tenacious about getting things done and bring that out in others
- Passion: You have a passion for building the best product and product team in the biz
- Craftsmanship: You insist on the highest standards and lead by example
- Leadership: You navigate ambiguity with ease, can set direction and priority based on sound business judgment and a logical decision making framework
- Constant context switching: You can dive into deep details on a feature, capability, use case, or implementation and in the next moment you can talk high level strategy and vision for the Identity products with customers, execs, and analysts
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
- Defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and business outcomes for our Identity product line
- Partnering with the SentinelOne Product, Support, R&D, and Business leaders to drive cross-team strategic initiatives and ship products
- Leading pricing and packaging initiatives in partnership with our Sales and Pricing teams
- Coaching and mentoring every Product Manager on the team to move the needle in their area of ownership
