Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:
Director, Reporting and Analytics, will be a key member of Patient Services – Reporting and Analytics leadership team, as part of Eversana’s Patient Services organization. They will be an integral part in shaping the cutting-edge of Patient Services analytics offerings to BioPharma industry. Their goal is to lead the enhancement of existing patient services reporting and analytics solutions; as well as to contribute to generating new lines of business through custom data deliverables, consulting practices and new analytics product development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- They will be accountable for creating Reporting, Analytic and Insights solutions for Eversana’s Patient Services clients on performance and value on established SLAs and KPIs.
- They will be responsible in leading a team of Analysts (both onsite and offshore) to generate these actionable artifacts & solutions. Will also be responsible for data deep-dives to RCA identify and help resolve access, affordability, and adherence challenges across patient access journey.
- They will support clients and business partners via operational excellence, strategic thought, effective decision making and organized project prioritization and delivery. They will provide a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions.
- Employee will be a thought partner and consult in a matrix-environment with Patient Services leaders across Client Services, Operations, Product, Innovation, Data and IT to drive timely, accurate and comprehensive resolution and outcomes.

- They will ensure effective project and program management principles in action by setting clear direction, creating effective plans, and ensuring clear measurable outcomes are created and communicated to team members.
- They will ensure all work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources.
- They will work with PS-Analytics leadership in developing a pipeline of excellent talent to fill future business needs. Including but not limited to interviewing, selecting and supervising the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
- Other Talent management duties such as – determination of job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review of performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorization and communication of compensation increases, promotions, transfers, discipline and discharge and administration of all other personnel actions.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience and/or Training: 6 yrs of relevant reporting and analytics experience with healthcare data esp. patient level data
- Technology/Equipment
- Hands-on must haves: Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Databases: Snowflake, SFDC, CRM, Pharmacy
- Project Management: JIRA, Smartsheet
- Presentation skills: MS PPT
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education (i.e. degree required):Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience and/or Training (i.e. the kind of skills and knowledge and number of years required):
- Great to have: hands-on patient services data analytics expertise: 8+yrs of prior experience working with internal and external clients, data providers and other 3rd parties to enhance and execute team priorities by leveraging data and analytics. Should be able to define, create and increase the consumption of portfolio-level power stats as well as help RCA operational issues with articulation of accurate and comprehensive set of KPIs
- Client-facing: Should be able to present and drive meaningful progress with compelling insights-driven storytelling to clients esp. on project coordination/management updates, leading product demos of reporting & analytics solutions
- Should be outcomes-driven : Proven expertise in translating business objectives into analytical questions and then working closely in co-ordination with various teams such as internal IT, Analytics & Data as well as client teams and 3rd party vendors across Data, IT and Business to generate analytics solutions
- Licenses/Certificates (e.g. trade certificates, driver’s licenses, professional certifications, etc. required):
- Any business intelligence tool certification such as, Tableau Desktop certified associate or Power BI certification
- Any industry-recognized industry data analytics certification
- Great to have: R, Python programming experience.
- Technology/Equipment (if applicable, the proficiencies required to perform the job)

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
