The Opportunity: Director of Partnerships Marketing
Are you ready to lead the charge in fostering growth through strategic partnerships? We're seeking a Director of Partnerships Marketing to spearhead our expansion efforts in collaboration with our dedicated marketing channel managers. Joining our Growth Team, responsible for customer acquisition, optimizing customer economics, and crafting compelling brand narratives, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with top-tier marketing managers across growth channels, including influencers, podcasts, affiliates, and explore new partnership opportunities.
Develop and refine a dynamic partnership marketing strategy aligned with our overarching goals, driving efficient customer acquisition and surpassing key performance indicators.
Inspire channel leads to scale partnership channels to new heights through innovative thinking, identifying emerging influencers, podcasts, affiliates, and testing new strategies.
Collaborate closely with channel managers to allocate budgets, offer strategic guidance, and identify areas for optimization to drive continuous improvement.
Utilize data insights to inform optimizations and identify new opportunities for scaling marketing spend in alignment with broader business objectives.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships with teams including digital, social, PR, and brand to ensure seamless integration and collaboration across all partnership initiatives.
What You Need:
5+ years of experience in leading and managing influencers, affiliates, and podcast channels, with at least 2 years of experience managing high-performing growth marketing managers.
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets across diverse channels, grounded in data-driven decision-making.
Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer metrics, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
Proficiency in Google Suite products (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Results-oriented, with a knack for building relationships and driven by data and creativity.
Fast learner and collaborative team player, always seeking innovative ways to drive growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $130,000 - $193,000
Competitive base salary, with total compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
