Job Details
Director of Perioperative Services:
- Responsible for overseeing a robust and expanding Surgical Services department including Pre/Post Op, Main Operating Room, Recovery Room, & Central Sterile Processing with 100+ FTEs
- Responsible for developing & managing budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, fosters a positive work environment and drives positive change across the department & program
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree Required
- MSN or Master’s Degree
- Qualified candidates will have 10 years related clinical experience in the Operating Room / Surgical Services or related field & 5+ years progressive management experience overseeing the Operating Room, Surgical Services, Perioperative Service line, etc.
- Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
- TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
- ANCC Certification
