Along with client work, this team leads the agency's thought leadership activities and is involved in our business development process.The Director, Omnichannel Strategy will lead the creation of integrated marketing and communications plans for a specific set of clients and brands.
You will be comfortable taking ownership of your accounts, while collaborating with other omnichannel strategists, other strategy team members, and colleagues from other disciplines (eg, account management, project management, creative, technology, and media).
This is a high-visibility leadership position within the agency and comes with heavy client-facing responsibilities.
This role offer remote and hybrid flexibility.
You will report to the Vice President, Omnichannel Strategy.You will:Lead research efforts in pursuit of actionable insights around important brand challenges, top commercial opportunities, and customer beliefs, behaviors, and needsTranslate this knowledge into annual strategic and tactic plans that address the right strategic levers and comprise an optimized mix of channels, tactics, content, and messagingElevate the agency as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating a full understanding of their businesses and the ability to craft actionable solutions to their challengesOversee the execution of scoped projects from conception through execution to ensure strategic understanding remains intactPartner with Account teams to identify opportunities for account growthBring new innovative thinking to clients that propel their businesses forwardWork with Creative teams to bring brand campaigns to life through smart tactical programs that deliver inspiring customer experiencesCollaborate with the Analytics team to define measurement plans, contribute analysis to performance reports, and develop optimization recommendationsPlay an active leadership role in our business development process, supporting proposal development and new business pitchesKeep current on marketing best practices; trends, channels, technologies, and partners —both within and outside of healthcareBe an expert for the agency and its clients; write POVs and blog articles; lead training and workshops; and sharing best practices, emerging trends, and innovationsQualifications:6+ years of agency experience with a foundation in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing4+ years in a digital strategy, engagement strategy, or channel planning roleExperience marketing to healthcare professionalsExperience launching new healthcare/pharma products (or new indications)Main discipline expertise: market research & insights, brand strategy, multichannel marketing (MCM), digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), relationship marketing (RM), customer segmentation, content marketing, marketing & sales automation, digital media, social media, search (SEO/SEM), event/experiential marketing, marketing analytics,Can manage client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environmentsHands-on experience with agency new business efforts, including proposal writing and pitchingProficient in creating impactful presentationsInizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
