Overview:OVG Tulsa is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Director of Ticketing to lead our ticketing operations. The Director of Ticketing manages all ticketing operations at the BOK Center and Convention Center, ensuring efficient processes and superior service. It is a full-time, on-site position with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on event requirements.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $80,000 to $100,000 and is bonus eligible.

- This position will be responsible for creating and managing day-to day operations of a centralized ticketing department by facilitating ticketing to the individual markets, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end user experience in support of generating overall league ticket sales revenue
- Lead all BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center ticket operations and systems to support sales and service, across a menu of products in the following areas: event buildouts, inventory, scaling and pricing management, ticket systems administration, game day ticket operations & services, sales, financial reporting, and event reconciliation
- Collaboratively work with Box Office Team to assist with overall ticket sales strategy including pricing, inventory management, market management, and forecasting
- Administer efficient, accurate, and timely reporting mechanisms related to sales activity as well as financial activity to be used by senior management
- Supervise the execution of the ticketing platform in all aspects including manifesting, event and season builds, access control, and event day operations
- Manage and assist with event builds, maintenance, management, and execute proper audit controls, close-out and reconciliation processes
- Work closely with the ticket sales team to build packages, products, and processes to aid in reaching the revenue goals of the department
- Oversee day-to-day management of ticketing staff
- Develop and maintain ticket operations, reporting, and service policies and procedures for use for all ticketed events
- Work in tandem with promoters and tenant leadership to develop scaling, inventory and allocation strategies for each team in order to maximize ticket sales
- Collaborate with marketing on all go-to-market strategies, timelines, retention initiatives and promotions
- Develop operations plan for handling all functions including invoicing of account holders, seat upgrades, allocations, transfers, payment plans, and other ticketing initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of ticketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in management role in large venues or live entertainment.
- Proficiency in major ticketing systems (e.g., Tessitura, Ticketmaster) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
