The Director of the Partner Program will manage and foster our partner program ecosystem to allow more professional creators the ability to connect with players and monetize their content. The director will lead the transformation of the existing partner management support systems to an outsourced managed service that can handle thousands of new partners. During this transformation we will continue to strive for a high level of partner satisfaction and world class support for our top tier partners. **Responsibilities** 1. Set and socialize the strategic vision for the significant expansion of partner program. 2. Identify requirements and collaborate with the rest of the studio to define and execute against plans for the digital transformation of the existing partner management support and communication systems. 3. Identify, sign and partner with a managed service to scale the partner program while ensuring high partner satisfaction is maintained. 4. Collaborate with developers and external teams to improve the tools and processes for the acquisition and onboarding of new partners. **Qualifications** 1. Experience focused on leading large scale partner programs or customer success programs 2. Deep experience with digital transformation of manual business processes 3. 7+ years of program or project management experience leading external teams successfully 4.
