Salary Range: $226,000 – $255,000 per year
Compensation Package: Includes potential annual bonus and equity

~ What You’ll Do as a Director of Tax ~
Lead and oversee U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, including indirect taxes, GILTI, R&D credits, and VAT matters.
Provide strategic direction and technical guidance on tax issues that impact the business.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external tax advisors.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, review tax returns, and authorize tax payments.
Manage audits when applicable.
Provide insights and advice to management on the impact of new tax laws and proposed legislation.
Drive tax policy setting, support monthly/quarterly reporting, and advise on forecasting.
Oversee the preparation of global transfer pricing documentation.
Lead special projects as needed and identify opportunities to maximize tax benefits as the company scales.
~ What You’ll Bring to the Tax Director Role ~
Experience: Minimum of 12 years in the tax function of a public, global company, with at least 5 years in a management position.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and tax compliance for publicly traded companies.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex tax issues.
Problem Solving: Ability to manage diverse and complex tax matters independently, from compliance to strategy.
Communication: Ability to effectively present tax matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance; CPA required.
