PAY: up to $175K plus bonus, depending on experience

The Director of Systems Architecture will design, develop, and optimize enterprise systems architecture across ERP, CRM, HRIS, CLM, and related tools. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive system integrations, and ensure data integrity to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture & Optimization: Evaluate and improve enterprise systems for scalability, seamless integration, and efficient workflows.
• Collaboration: Work with Accounting, Sales, HR, Legal, and IT to gather requirements, resolve blockers, and align systems with business objectives.
• Integrations & Reporting: Manage integrations and reporting using tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, and BigQuery to deliver actionable insights.
• Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR), and maintain secure, structured datasets.
• Innovation & Troubleshooting: Drive process automation, resolve system issues, and lead architectural improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience managing and optimizing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, CLM).
  • Proven leadership in system implementations, configuration, and support.
  • Expertise in system integrations, data pipelines, and reporting.
  • Strong experience managing system roadmaps and stakeholder collaboration.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with at least 2 of the following: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau Server, Looker, BigQuery, and Ironclad.
  • Certifications in tools like NetSuite ERP Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, or Workday Pro preferred.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, legal, operations) and data privacy laws.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in system architecture design for growth-focused organizations, particularly in start-ups or holding companies.
• Proficiency in enterprise reporting tools and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
