The first year of this position will require approximately 75% travel to the Caribbean, with travel requirements expected to reduce after the first year. Travel costs and luxury housing accommodations for you and your partner will be covered.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Subdivision Construction position include:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing the entire operation of sub division construction projects
Must have current experience working with an established home builder
International or Caribbean experience is a significant plus
Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure company growth and project success
Oversee operations across construction, sales, marketing, and customer service
Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Manage talent recruitment and retention, providing mentorship to leadership teams
Develop operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, risk management, and crisis planning
Implement technologies to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
