Director of Staff Development (DSD). - Sherman Oaks Health and Rehab Center.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Staff Development (DSD) with a California LVN License to lead orientation, in-service education, and certification training for nurse assistants, ensuring compliance with Title 22 regulations. The DSD will also provide HR support, manage employee files, and maintain current licenses and certifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• California LVN License and active DSD Certification
• COVID-19 vaccinated, including boosters
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with attendance policies and certification validity
• Create staff schedules and maintain personnel records
• Conduct training and in-service sessions
• Monitor staff competency and provide resources for skill development

Compensation will vary based on experience and other factors.
