Director of Special Inspections - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Special Inspections position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in preferably in Construction, Business, or Engineering
• 10+ years of Construction Project Management or relevant experience
• Business development skills to support sales efforts, engage in strategic client meetings, and aid in the expansion of service offerings. 3+ years of Business Development experience in the construction inspections field
• Proven P&L management experience, driving team profitability and expanding business services.
• Expertise in reviewing and managing project budgets, timelines, and contracts.
• Strong leadership in coordinating and mentoring a team of 7+ direct reports, ensuring productivity and alignment with company goals.
• Capacity to act as a liaison between team members, clients, and executive leadership to communicate progress and strategic plans.
• Proven experience strategizing and growing a team
• In depth understanding of Special Inspections (minimum)
• Personally holds any special inspection certifications (a plus)

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
