Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Director of Sales with substantial experience in Language Service Providers (LSPs) or the media industry to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at building strong client relationships. The role requires strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client needs analysis.
Client Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and sustain robust client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Conduct in-depth analyses of client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
Sales Execution:
Present, promote, and sell innovative localization solutions to global clients.
Generate leads through targeted outreach, including cold calling and personalized communications.
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations aligned with client goals and objectives.
Collaboration & Problem Solving:
Partner with internal teams to address client issues and deliver exceptional service.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Support team members in achieving individual and collective sales goals.
Qualifications:
Mandatory experience in sales leadership within Language Service Providers (LSPs) or the media industry.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate productive business relationships.
Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated success in tailoring sales strategies to meet diverse client needs.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
