Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the sales team to achieve specific sales objectives, including setting sales targets and metrics, developing sales plans, analyzing data, and projecting future sales.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Participating in contract negotiations and closing agreements to maximize profits.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, finance, product development) to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting and reporting the results to the senior management team.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and stay abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the construction sector.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
