What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge in sales, sales training and development of sales training materials, and learning management systems.
- A minimum of 3-5 years professional sales experience, sales training in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated history of developing and implementing sales training for growth.
- Knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit preferred.
- Excellent observation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Understanding of business processes and systems that support the healthcare industry.
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills, organization and coaching skills with a strong sense of self as well as confidence in his or her abilities to provide sound counsel and recommendations on how to operate the business successfully.
- Experience in changing organizational processes to implement standard methods and practices.
- Seasoned sales leader with strong leadership skills plus expertise in customer service and employee development.
- Must have an outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with a strong executive presence.
- Possess good organization, people and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and strategies simultaneously.
- Ability to travel extensively

What You Will Do
- Develop, design, and implement sales training programs and new hire on-boarding process.
- Design and develop sales training, sales tools, marketing materials, and key initiatives to support sales teams efforts and company goals.
- Update current Sales Orientation program and materials for timely, streamlined transition to productivity in the field
- Conduct Sales Training and coaching for sales and sales management teams, reinforcing sales best practices, company culture, and company expectations.
- Manage sales learning platform in Relias system, with Sales Orientation materials available 24/7 for self-learning and reinforcement of Best Practices.
- Build relationships with internal business partners, including leadership, to assess performance needs, determine appropriate sales training solutions, develop plans and strategies, and provide thought leadership for curriculum development and implementation.
- Interact with internal/external customers with the highest level of integrity.
- Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures.
- Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
