Director of Sales Support
Are you ready to shape the future of sales and inspire the next generation of sales leaders? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Sales Support to design modern, cutting-edge sales programs that engage and motivate next gen millennial and seasoned legacy leaders to sell our top-quality health, and wellness products to consumers. We need a strong leader that has proven experience in building modern, multi-channel and direct sales programs. They will also build the back-end office implementing digital and mobile tools, as well creating targeted collateral to motivate leaders to grow their business. The Director of Sales Support will also help specialty store owners build a community of health care coaches and incentivize leaders to recruit new leaders and duplicate their business model. They will be instrumental in transforming our business into modern, scalable programs that will ensure our company's continued growth and future success.
RESPONSIBILIITES
Building Programs and Execution
- Design and implement a scalable sales duplication system to attract next gen leaders that existing leaders can easily adopt.
- Develop and implement strategic sales support plans to help leaders expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
- Create training programs encompass product knowledge, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and leadership development.
- Develop a variety of training formats, including online courses, webinars, podcasts, videos, and live events to cater to different learning styles. Generational Bridge Building
- Craft strategies to appeal to Millennials and Gen Z, focusing on flexible work structures, personal branding opportunities, and social impact.
- Adapt existing systems to incorporate technology and social media platforms preferred by younger demographics.
- Design programs that leverage the experience of long-term leaders while introducing innovative approaches for the digital age.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new sales methodologies and techniques into the team's practices.
- Measure the success of these programs sharing metrics with the team.
Team Development and Support
- Lead and manage high-performing sales development team meetings and exceed company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide guidance, support, and feedback.
- Implement effective strategies to motivate and inspire the team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales programs with overall company strategies.
Technology Integration
- Oversee the implementation of software and tools to streamline the sales process.
- Ensure all training materials and resources are easily accessible through digital platforms.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales programs.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in MLM or direct sales, with at least 3 years in • Proven track record of developing successful sales training programs. • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to motivate and inspire teams across different ages and experience levels. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in MLM software and CRM systems. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
