About the Role
You will be responsible for building out the SLED GTM team from the ground up to help WalkMe capitalize on the enormous market opportunity in Public Sector.
What You Will Own
- SLED team revenue (ARR) performance
- Senior management reporting
- Hire, lead, and retain a sales team
- A strategy for growing SLED accounts
- GTM strategy for SLED
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of tech sales experience as an individual contributor, with at least 5 years of sales management
- Track record selling enterprise solutions to U.S. SLED accounts
- Strong existing relationships in the territory
- Direct interaction with customers, partners, influencers and WalkMe's leadership
- Experience with SLED contracting/procurement and selling through VARs (i.e. Carahsoft, SHI, CDW, etc)
- Experience building demand in a new category of technology

The starting base pay for this role is between $150,000-185,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
