Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new sales team members
• Close 2 real estate transactions per month
• Mentor and train sales staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership matters
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, team trainings, Partner Calls, and leadership development
• Master the use of PLACE Technology
• Engage in the PLACE Leadership Development program
• Implement systems through PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting
• Enhance your skills as a real estate sales professional by prospecting and advising clients
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns
• Supervise contract negotiations
• Ensure sales team effectively utilizes database tools and leads

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with a history of success in real estate sales
• Passionate about coaching and mentoring to help others reach their goals

• Leadership focused on accountability and goal achievement
• Exceptional at establishing and maintaining relationships

• Active real estate license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate and sales industry
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
