We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Head or Director of Sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's revenue growth and is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented individual with a strong background in the sales industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales team, developing business strategies, and overseeing sales operations in the manufacturing and housing sectors, with a focus on mobile homes. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the manufacturing and housing sectors, specifically mobile homes.
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
7. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales role.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales industry, with a focus on manufacturing, housing/mobile homes ideally.
3. Proven experience in negotiating and meeting clients' needs.
4. In-depth understanding of sales principles and ability to handle the sales process from plan to close.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
6. Strong leadership abilities with a capacity to build, develop and motivate a high-performance sales team.
7. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
8. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
9. Ability to travel as needed.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
