Located just a short commute from Washington, D.C., and Annapolis, this role offers focused career growth in a premier venue recognized for its exceptional service and innovative experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or events.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
