About the Job
We are seeking a high-performing Director of Sales to drive our growth in the US market. This hands-on role requires a seasoned professional who can directly contribute to sales targets while laying the groundwork for potential team expansion. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable closing deals and developing strategies for market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly engage in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with key accounts in the US market
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies that are engaged with significant video workloads across the following industries; M&E, AI, and IoT (Including Smart City, Autonomous vehicles , medical and industrial)
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition and go-to-market strategies
- Provide valuable market insights to inform product development and business strategies
- Represent Beamr at industry events and conferences, generating leads and enhancing our market presence
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of successful experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the video ecosystem (Storage, processing, and Networking)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
