We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Sales and Marketing within the Hospitality industry. This role will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and leadership. They will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing campaigns, and leading a high-performing team. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
2. Manage and oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different initiatives.
3. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
4. Develop and implement effective brand strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness and market share.
5. Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring a steady stream of new business opportunities.
6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
7. Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to business growth.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
9. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role in the hospitality industry
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
4. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management.
5. Extensive experience in brand strategy development and campaign management.
6. Proven ability to generate leads and drive business growth.
7. Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.
8. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data and make informed decisions.
12. Up-to-date knowledge of the finance industry and its key trends and challenges.
