of Sales and Marketing to join the team.
Reports to: Managing Director of Americas &
Asia
Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
(Must be flexible based on business needs)
Work environment: Remote (Preferably reside in
the Eastern U.S. with frequent travel within the U.S. and Canada

About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and
strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our efforts in expanding our
presence and achieving growth targets in the US and Canadian markets. This role
encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing
strategies, team leadership, and driving both direct and channel sales.
Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, the Director of Sales and
Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our market penetration
and brand positioning.

What you’ll do:
- Develop
and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies that align with
the company's objectives and drive market growth. - Lead
and mentor the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of
excellence, collaboration, and innovation. - Oversee
the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional
strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. - Build
and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry
influencers to foster opportunities for business development. - Collaborate
closely with product development and customer service departments to
ensure product offerings meet market needs and customer satisfaction is
maximized. - Analyze
market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust
strategies and maintain a competitive edge. - Achieve
and surpass sales and marketing targets, providing insightful reports and
analyses to senior management.
Our ideal candidate:
- Management
Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years of proven management experience, with a preference
for those who have led teams in the robotics, automation, or related
technical industries. - Industry
Expertise:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the injection molding or
capital equipment sectors are required, with at least 10+ years of
experience (15+ years preferred). This includes a deep understanding of
market dynamics, technological advancements, and customer needs. - Technical
Background:
Demonstrated success in sales and marketing leadership within the
robotics, automation, or related technical industries. - Market
Understanding:
Deep knowledge of the US and Canadian markets and proven experience in
developing and executing cross-border strategies. - Leadership
and Communication:
Exceptional leadership and excellent communication skills, capable of
inspiring teams and building strong relationships. - Analytical
and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
focused on data-driven decisions. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. - Travel: Willingness to travel
frequently between the US and Canada.
