Director of Sales Enablement
Location: Remote with up to 50% travel within the sales territory: Broader Chicago metro, Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Candidate must reside within the sales territory.
About Us: The company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Sales Enablement. We're dedicated to empowering our regional leaders and driving growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
Role Overview: As the Director of Sales Enablement, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Regional President's leadership team, collaborating closely with field leaders and national Sales Enablement teams. Your primary focus will be on partnering with the Regional President to drive sales enablement activities within the region, ensuring our leaders have the tools and resources needed to lead change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Regional President, RVPs, and Branch Managers, supporting regional and metro-specific business activities and performance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of sales enablement initiatives.
- Lead all onboarding activities for leadership roles within the region, facilitating connectivity and setup of employee tools and devices.
- Act as a liaison for footprint transformation execution, overseeing all regional footprint changes and facility-related situations.
- Partner with the Regional President on acquisition and divestiture activities, driving successful execution.
- Lead change management initiatives, serving as a Change Agent for field leadership and employees.
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement team on implementing Agent products and value proposition enhancements.
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading real estate field or brokerage operations.
- Proven experience leading at a regional level.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead projects effectively.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven and analytical approach.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and pivot as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
