Salary: $60K-$80K range

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Success: Lead external and internal sales efforts to achieve and exceed community performance goals, while continuously maintaining high occupancy, implementing creative sales plans, and building strong referral networks.
• Be the Face of Waterford on the Bay: Provide tours, follow up with prospective residents and their families, and coordinate the move-in process 
• Build Relationships: Collaborate with healthcare providers, develop referral partnerships, and create meaningful, empathy-driven connections with families. 
• Innovate & Inspire: Organize events and lead community outreach to engage the local area, reaching out to new families in need of senior living options.
