Allegria Village, a senior living community in Dearborn, is looking to hire a Sales Director for our Assisted Living Community.
Overview:
The Marketing Director builds relationships with the adult children of prospective residents, with seniors themselves and with professional referral sources. The Marketing Director is responsible for all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure that the community achieves and maintains its budgeted
occupancy and revenue growth. The successful Marketing Director is a compassionate listener who builds deep connections and follows a disciplined sales process to gain a family’s commitment. Leads are generated through excellent market planning which blends external business development and
community-based events.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop new business opportunitiesto meet established trends, help develop and implement strategic sales plans. Facilitate client and referral sources. Report weekly sales forecasts, develop market analysis to identify client needs, price schedules, and overall homecare market sales trends. Stay current with competition, deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with
a successful closing ratio. Assist in developing and managing client and homecare agency relationships, evaluate accounts, manager projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner. Responsible for assisting with sales campaigns, maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations. Works closely with the Regional Director in the development and execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside community involvement.
Other duties:
•External marketing 2-3 days per week
•Generate and complete tours
•Contribute to social media presence
•Maintain relationships with lead sources, generate new lead sources, generate leads (non- referral agency), and maintain relationships with referral agencies
•Plan and coordinate community and facility marketing events, attend trade shows
•Complete move in paperwork and procedures as per policy
•Maintain relationships within the community (with managers and staff)
•Attend weekly marketing meeting at community
•Weekly conference calls with Regional
•Submit weekly marketing report to Regional every Wednesday

Marketing Expectations-Average monthly move-ins(To be reviewed quarterly)
•1 move in per month –poor performance
•2 move ins per month –low output
•3 move ins per month –fair performance
•4-5 move ins per month –good standing
•6+ move ins per month-outstanding performance
Requirements:
•A minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior care industry is preferred
•Proven track record of even planning, referral source development, and successful sales process
•Engaging verbal and written communication style
•Proficient computer skills
