o Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
o Certification in healthcare financial management or coding (e.g., HFMA CRCR, CPC, or CPAR) is a plus.
o Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management
o Proven success in improving revenue cycle performance and achieving financial goals.
o In-depth knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies, including managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid.
o Familiarity with healthcare coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
