We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Cycle Director to join our growing team. This exciting role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from developing and implementing revenue cycle management strategies to improving our financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and a deep understanding of medical billing, payment posting, and medical collections.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage daily operations of revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, payment posting, and customer service.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance and meet established goals.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure accuracy of billing and collections.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and standards related to medical billing and collections.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Provide training and support to revenue cycle staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
8. Regularly review and analyze financial reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
9. Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives related to revenue cycle management as required.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on medical billing, payment posting, and medical collections.
2. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective revenue cycle strategies.
3. Strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to use them to drive performance improvement.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
6. Proficient in using various billing and collections software.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
9. Knowledge of current regulations and standards related to medical billing and collections.
