• Manage a dedicated team of property managers and maintenance partners to ensure seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction levels.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to promote accountability and maintain high performance standards.
• Utilize market insights and financial analysis to inform decisions regarding property management accounts, leasing strategies, and pricing.
