Join Avalon View, a distinguished leader in the sub-acute and long-term care sector, as we seek a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as our Director of Rehabilitation. In this role, you will lead our expanding in-house therapy team. 

At Avalon, we encounter a diverse array of orthopedic and neurological conditions among our short-term rehab and long-term care residents. We are looking for a passionate therapist to spearhead the growth of our programs, including those for wound care, memory care, post-stroke rehabilitation, and much more.

Qualifications: 

• Have a valid OT, PT or SLP license 

• Long-term care leadership experience is preferred but welcome other clinical backgrounds
