Gig Harbor Health & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services. *Toll dues reimbursed by the facility*

Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified as required by state and federal law in the state where the center is located.
- Bachelors degree in PT, OT, or ST (preferred).
- 3+ years of therapist experience.
- Management experience required.
